Abel Nathaniel Ortiz, owner of PROPCO RE Investments, LLC has been in the Real Estate industry for over 2 years, expanding through multiple roles in Property Management, Asset Management, and Leasing.

Companies that have recognized Abel’s accomplishments in successfully keeping vacancies low, maintaining and improving cash flows, as well as keeping up with stellar tenant-owner communication and 3rd party vendors for contracting opportunities have been OMNI NY LLC-an affordable housing developer in NYC, HUBB NYC, and ACACIA Network, a non-profit services organization for underrepresented communities.

Mr. Ortiz has also been privileged to work with various government agencies such as the NYS Homes and Community Renewal, where he facilitated affordable mixed-use developments through RF&P’s. 

He was responsible for overseeing developments such as ‘Manhattan West’ as part of the Hudson Yards Project, The Chelsea Apartments, and ‘Tribeca Pointe’. He was ultimately responsible for the financial tracking, Asset Management, and Regulatory Compliance of this $1.3 billion dollar portfolio.
