-Fund Management
Our Fund Managements goal is to invest in Mixed-Use, Mixed-Income, (Free-Market and Stabilized) communities on behalf of private retail High-Networth and Ultra High-Networth Investors.
We will be acquiring properties directly and will partner with local Real Estate companies to share our mission and commitment to making a lasting impact. While this will be PROPCO’s first fund, our owner has had a successful track record of over-seeing and stabilizing a $1.3 billion dollar portfolio through extensive Asset Management, Compliance, and Stabilizing cash flow.
-Property Management
While our Fund will focus on the acquisition, stabilization, and distributions of cash flow from our select properties to investors, a 3rd party property management company will be our partner in property level Day-to-Day tasks.
A trusted local source is viable in ensuring that our investments are intact, and that our mission in providing healthy and habitable communities is assured. 3rd Party property management sources can provide key metrics in Leasing, Maintenance, Tenant Supervision, Financials, Construction, legal etc. for the assurance of performing assets to investors and sound infrastructure to tenants.
